Complaints Process

At Polestar, we like to think we get it right all the time, but sometimes, there may be occasions where we fail to deliver for one reason or another. We can only improve our services with valid feedback from you, our customers. 

If you wish to make a complaint (or provide us with any feedback from your experience with us) you may do so by submitting an email to us at including as much detail as possible so that we can help resolve your issue and prevent it from happening again. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and will try to resolve it within 5 business days.
